The sheets look great, but there is a big problem with them; they can't be saved with filled information. I can assure you, the sheets can be saved with entered data. The problem most likely lay in the particular program you are using to view them.
Destiny Tokens are granted based on Force Dice rolls at the beginning of the session. Each player in the party rolls a Force Die and the number of White and Black dots are added up. The Player Characters' party gets the tokens of one color and the game master gets the tokens of the opposing color. They've already been posted in the official forums, so I'd say yes. A guy has been making printable pdf versions of all of them and has updated his documents with the specs from Cyphers and Masks https.
If you are more selective about your sourcebook purchases, I would still suggest giving this one a look. It includes some interesting new species such as the nearly synonymous-with-spy Kubaz, the insect-like Melitto, and mantis-antennae-having near-human Balosars. Kubaz have enhanced vision which can cancel out two setback dice from perception checks due to environmental factors. The Melitto have sightless vision and never need light.
